FestMusic Mallorca

Contributed to fundraising and production of FestMusic Mallorca, a festival presenting concerts and professional development workshops across multiple venues in Palma, backed by regional and island government cultural funds.

Starting with grant writing and production support, my role grew to encompass international development and strategic impact. Over three years, the festival budget scaled from €40K to €70K, with €25K in public grants secured in 2024 and €45K in 2025. The 2026 edition features 8 concerts and 3 workshops across different locations in Palma.
