I have never really followed a conventional career path. I started off as a classical musician, but at some point I decided to take a turn and explore how I could effectively bring impactful projects closer to worldwide audiences.
Cultaru is the result, a consultancy business encompassing multiple possibilities under which I work with all kinds of partners to design, develop, implement, and communicate cultural projects, with a focus on those that combine innovation with social impact in the arts and education sectors.

MBA graduate & Fulbright scholar, she is currently based in Mallorca, Spain, and works with private companies, public administrations, non-profit associations, artists, educators, individuals, and groups to deliver universal access to culture.
Adriana has developed an international career throughout Europe, North America, and Africa providing support and strategizing in areas such as production, marketing, outreach, impact evaluation and financial reporting. She is adept at combining entrepreneurial drive with artistic vision to achieve successful outcomes and deliver innovative initiatives through digital marketing, educational appointments, and project management.
